Key Element Real Estate specializes in equine properties, combining real estate expertise with a passion for the equestrian lifestyle.

How and when did you get started?

I’ve been a “horse girl” for as long as I can remember—it all started with my very first pony ride, and I was instantly hooked. Over the years, I’ve ridden both English and Western, worked at barns and equine organizations, and even founded and operated my own 60+ horse boarding facility in Arvada, CO. That hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of the equestrian lifestyle, which I now bring to my real estate career. Today, I specialize in farm, ranch, and equine properties—helping others find the perfect place to live, work, and ride.

What is your mission in the horse industry?

My mission in the horse industry is to help preserve and promote the equestrian lifestyle by connecting people with properties that support both their passion and their purpose. I’m dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate the unique aspects of horse property real estate—whether it’s barns, pastures, trails, or zoning—while keeping the needs of both humans and horses at the center. As someone who understands the deep bond between horse and rider, I see this work as more than transactions—it’s about protecting a way of life. By supporting responsible ownership and access to quality land, I hope to contribute to the long-term sustainability and legacy of the horse industry for generations to come.

Have you won any special awards or recognition?

I sit on the board for the Colorado Horse Council and have volunteered at the Temple Grandin Equine Therapy Center at the National Western.

Describe what sets your organization or business apart from the competition?

What sets my business apart is the rare blend of hands-on equestrian experience and deep real estate expertise. I don’t just understand farm and ranch properties on paper—I’ve lived it. From riding both English and Western to founding and running a 60+ horse boarding facility, I bring a level of insight and connection to equine properties that most agents simply can’t offer. I know what matters to horse owners because I am one, and I use that knowledge to help my clients find properties that truly fit their lifestyle and goals. Whether you’re buying or selling, I bring a practical, passionate, and personalized approach that makes the process smooth, informed, and aligned with your needs.
