Zuma’s Rescue Ranch Volunteer Orientation

Twice a month we open our gates to the public to come and learn about becoming a “Zumateer” aka Volunteer with the organization. Orientations are held from 9a – 11a with an option to stay until 12p for some hands-on training time. We will be outside (weather pending of course), so dress appropriately. Closed-toed shoes are required at all times while at the ranch, and we highly recommend sunscreen and lots of water!

After you complete orientation, Zuma’s also offers a 2-hour horsemanship class ($80) that is required for all volunteers & riding students to participate in all activities that involve animal handling of any kind.
