How We’re Keeping up With Change and Growth
The American Blazer Horse Association is excited to unveil our new website. As with anything in life, updates and changes occur. There are times that things don’t run as smoothly as hoped and deadlines get moved back. The new website has taken some time and is still not complete.
Like many organizations that rely on volunteers, the ABHA has lacked a comprehensive strategy for addressing our digital needs. As we’ve grown, this has become increasingly apparent. Our new website will make navigation easier, while adding flexibility to make changes, add or update events and adjust information as volunteers change. It’s a tall order, but we are persevering.
A big thank you to Josh Cram and Brian Harper-Tibaldo on the technology committee for taking on this task. We appreciate Ken Wirz for his help with server management and technology. We’re grateful also to Tamara Holdaway for all she has done in the past to keep our website active and for working out the bugs. Most of all, the association appreciates everyone that visits our website to learn more about our special breed. Be sure to check out the new site at www.BlazerHorse.com to see all of our latest updates and information.
The mission of ABHA is to encourage and support members of the Association, while they raise, exhibit, promote and enjoy the American Blazer Horse. It is also our goal to maintain a history of the Blazer Horse by recording their bloodlines and achievements for the preservation of the breed. blazerhorse.com
