Please join us for our 20th Annual Golden Harvest Charity Trail Ride September 23-25 in Cle Elum at the Flying Horseshoe Ranch. Twenty one years ago, AQHA developed something called The Ride Program which highlighted trail riders and fun places to ride. The following year WSQHA joined in and hosted a ride, representing the state affiliate of AQHA. Now we’re celebrating our 20th year…wow, time flies when you’re having fun!

We start the weekend festivities on Friday evening with a chili feed, s’mores and campfire singing. Saturday and Sunday morning features a cowboy breakfast with all the fixings. Lunch on Saturday will be made at camp, but you can pack it up to take out on the trails. Just make sure you’re back in camp for the late afternoon and early evening fun. This includes a prize ride and silent and live auctions (which are a hoot). All the funds raised go directly to three terrific charities: Animals as Natural Therapy, Northwest Therapeutic Riding Center and Rancho Laguna’s HEART. The ride is open to all breeds and levels of riders.

The Flying Horseshoe Ranch offers some of the most beautiful scenic trails the state has to offer. Registration forms can be found on wsqha.com, or email rancholaguna@msn.com. Mark your calendars, get those registration forms sent in and join us in September. Even if you don’t take a trail horse there’s tons to enjoy at this old fashioned dude ranch. Happy Trails!
